Step 1. Measure your wrist snugly as shown below & mark ribbon at overlap 

Example: My snug wrist measures 6.25 inches (see below)
If you are in between sizes, please round up to the nearest 1/4 inch 

Step 2. Add one inch to get your total bracelet length.
Example: My wrist is 6.25 inches + 1inch = 7.25 inches


Step 3. Measure your Medical Tag end to end. (include rings if you have them)
Example: My tag measures 2 inches




Step 4. Subtract your Tag length from Step 2 
Example: 7.25 inches - 2 inches (my medical tag)


Step 5. Your strand length = 5.25 inches.


Now check your math:
My Strand size is 5.25 inches + My tag of 2 inches = 7.25 inches for my total bracelet length
