Step 1: Take a snug wrist measurement at the smallest point where the hand meets the arm.
Measure Carefully and follow our example for the proper fit.
Step 2: Add 1" to wrist measurement. This is your finished bracelet length. This gives a comfortable fit.
Step 3: Measure your Medical ID Tag end to end. (including rings if you have them).
Now Subtract the Tag length from your finished bracelet length to get your Strand Size
Example Only - measure your own tag:
Step 1: My wrist is 6-12"
Step 2: Add 1" to get 7-1/2"
Step 3: My Medical ID Tag is 1.5" which I subtract from 7-1/2" to get a Strand Size of 6".
Wrist size + 1", minus Tag length = Strand Size.
