Step 1. Petite Medical ID Tag Selection
Tag size - Approx 7/16" x 1-7/16"
Anchor Link Chain
Step 2. Sizing Wrap a tape measure around your ankle at the smallest point, then take that number and add 3/4 to one inch to your actual measurement, depending on how loose you would like to wear your anklet. If basing your size on an anklet you presently own, include the clasp when measuring.
Step 3: Engraving Information
NOTE: When selecting Decorative font we can only engrave your first name on the front of your tag. Fill in your medical information using the 4 lines on the back. All medical information is engraved in Capital letters, block font.
