Step 1. Petite Medical ID Tag Selection
Choose from either a high polished stainless steel (at price above) or sterling silver medical id tag at additional cost. Caduceus Star of life emblem available in Engraved-Clear, or raised enamel Red, Blue , Violet, Pink or Helping Hearts background.
Tag Size: 7/16 x 1-3/4" with rings
Step 2. Sizing
Measure carefully before you order! Wrap a soft tape measure snugly
around the wrist where it bends, then add one inch to get the correct size in this style.
Why add one inch? Creative Medical ID bracelets do not fit like other bracelets.
The extra room is needed to allow for a rigid tag, two lobster clasps and beads.
When the wrist is measured accurately this formula will give a comfortable fit.

**Note - HOW TO Measure if buying Bracelet Strand Only - No ID Tag:
Measure your Medical ID Tag end to end. (including rings if you have them).
Now Subtract the Tag length from your finished bracelet length to get your Bracelet Strand Size
Example:
Wrist size + 1", minus Tag length = Bracelet Strand Size.
Step 3: Engraving Information
ENGRAVING NOTE: If you want a decorative, on the Front of your medical ID tag, please limit the number of characters used to only a First name or initials on the Front, then fill in your medical information using the 4 lines on the back. Medical conditions are engraved in capital letters block font
